The old saying that "One Man's Junk is Another Man's Treasure" is fairly twisted in this creation I believe. Someone had an old Adz that they had tossed in the trash and I retrieved. It obviously had absolutely no value to them. It had value to me as the head of a piece of art.
I'm sure that the most value it had was to a collector of antique tools. Who knows, this adz may have been used to cut the trees that made Abraham Lincoln's log cabin. Far fetched perhaps but maybe not.
The point is is that everyone perceives value in something in different ways.
